When a new vice president of enrollment joined the college, my team was tasked with creating a whole new look and feel for the 2023-2024 admissions mail flow.

With directions for more color, fun graphics, and something “different that stands out” we ultimately landed on a concept that utilizes scrapbook-esque graphics, “stickers”, and 3D elements. This look was adopted for all mail flow and recruitment items.

To promote engagement and grow yield W&J sent wireless earbuds to admitted students. The QR code on the lid took users to a podcast hosted by a current student and featuring W&J President, John C. Knapp.
